CONDITIONS OF SALE

James Kalleske Wines is authorised to sell liquor under The South Australian Liquor Licensing Act 1997.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine, and this service is only available for delivery in Australia. All prices listed are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD/$) and all orders will be processed in Australian dollars.

All sales enquiries for wine sales to export markets should be directed to james@jameskalleskewines.com

SHIPPING

Our shipping rates are:

• Pick up from 168 Menge Rd, Tanunda, South Australia: Free

• SA, VIC & all Australian capital cities: $15

• Country WA, NSW, QLD, NT, TAS: $20

*The same shipping rates apply for all pack sizes

Online orders can be shipped within Australia only. We ship orders either using our trusted Courier or Australia Post. All orders are processed within 1 business day and are sent between Monday - Friday each week. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

For pick-up orders, please collect from Burge Barossa Bottling and Distribution at 168 Menge Rd, Tanunda.

REFUNDS

If you receive a wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty please contact us immediately for a replacement.
