2021 GSM

Aromas of ripe berries, rose petals, and cloves. Bright and fleshy fruits on the palate with a soft and feminine oak structure.

Aromas of pink grapefruit, peaches, and crushed summer berries. A racy and textural rosé with hand-picked Grenache shining through as the dominant grape.

Mount Benson 2022 'Cabernets' Field Blend

Aromas of cassis, violets, and dark chocolate.  Perfumed and elegant with fine tannins, this blend of Cab Sauv, Merlot, and Cab Franc beautifully expresses Mount Benson's cool maritime climate.

Mount Benson
2022 Field Blend

Aromas of nashi pear, cantaloupe, and freshly baked apple pie. A pure expression of Mount Benson’s cool maritime climate.

Barossa Valley 2023
Nouveau

Aromas of morello cherries, bubblegum, and chocolate-dipped strawberries. A juicy and characterful red that's best served cool.

Made with grapes from vineyards that share special history with winemaker James Kalleske, we favour organic plots wherever possible. All of our wines are vegan friendly.

Our Short Stories labels feature original artwork by South Australian artist, Dan Tomkins. Dan’s dreamy botanical illustrations capture memories of James’ Barossa upbringing and winemaking coming-of-age in Margaret River.

CYME (sī’mē)

Small-batch wines made with rarely-available fruit parcels from old vines or prized blocks. With roots in the Barossa and forays into emerging regions, these wines are made with a sensibility for wabi-sabi.

*wabi-sabi (Japanese) — finding beauty in nature’s idiosyncrasies.
