Premium, single vineyard wines from hundred-year-old Barossa Valley vineyards. Aged in 1/3 new oak, 1/3 seasoned oak, and 1/3 clay jarres, each wine is crafted with a wabi-sabi sentimentality. Unfined and unfiltered to preserve purity, texture, and a true sense of place.
