TASTING NOTES
Aromas of morello cherries, bubblegum, and chocolate-dipped strawberries. A juicy and characterful Nouveau-style red that's best served cool.
WINEMAKING NOTES
We take a novel — and very frugal — winemaking approach to this Nouveau-style red. Rather than simply doing a full carbonic maceration on red varietals, we utilise the skins of our premium Grenache and Shiraz grapes from our Rosé production. These are fermented with Chardonnay to extract tannin and flavour before being blended with a portion carbonic maceration Alicante Bouschet.
